‘A memoir is my version of events. My perspective. I choose what to tell and what to omit.’
— Isabel Allende
Your life, your say, your book
Your memoir can be for any number of reasons: personal, family, leaving a legacy or even for commercial interest—one of the memoirs I’ve published sells steadily in both the UK and US as well as Scandinavia and Europe.
As we work on your book, we’ll collaborate together to tell your story your way, as you’re in control as much as you choose to be. The book will be written, edited, laid out and published with you overseeing every stage as much as you want. You can write it or we can go through interviews so I write the text, or any other way that works best for you. Photos? Sure.
I’ve written about 15 books and been both published and self-published. Memoirs so far include everyone from a concert pianist turned racing driver, to one of the most successful of stunt men (you’ll definitely have seen him).
The thing is, you don’t have to have a fight on top of a moving train to have a good story to tell. One memoir, indeed, talks extensively about the train network without mentioning a single fight on top of any of them.
So please just drop me a line and we can start a no-obligation chat that will lead to your memoirs being published so your life and memories can live on for future generations.
